Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony + Cacao Guided by Amy Renee This sacred plant medicine duo opens the heart and activates the third eye. Blue Lotus expands your visionary state, while Cacao provides the grounded, loving energy needed to anchor your springtime intentions into your physical body.

Elevated Breathwork Journey Facilitated by Melissa Saubers This 40-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session acts as a "spring cleaning" for the soul. Melissa will guide you to move stagnant energy, harmonize your nervous system, and access the quantum field where your future self resides.

Shamanic Sound Bath Led by Pauly Lama & Amy Renee As you breathe, an immersive landscape of shamanic sound will wash over you. Using frequency and vibration, Pauly and Amy facilitate cellular recalibration, helping you resonate with the fertile, high-frequency energy of the Equinox.

Parking & Transit:

  • Street Parking: Most guests use street parking. We recommend arriving a bit early to find a spot and settle in.

  • KC Streetcar: We are conveniently located along the line, with a stop just a block or two away—a great option if coming from downtown.

What to Bring: Since there are no supplies on-site, please bring the following for your comfort:

  • Yoga mat or thick blanket to lie on (you will be on your back for the journey).

  • A blanket to cover up with.

  • Wear comfy, layered clothes (body temperature can shift during breathwork).

  • Water to stay hydrated.

  • Journal and pen to capture insights.

  • Optional: Eye mask, crystals, or any sacred items you’d like to have present.
