Breathwork Healing Journey
Melissa Saubers, Breathwork Facilitator, will guide you through a therapeutic breathwork journey. Breathwork is an active meditation where you use your own breath in a specific pattern to theoretically disconnect your mind from your body helping you drop deeply into a meditative non-ordinary state of consciousness. Using breathwork is one of the quickest ways to change your state of being and is a natural remedy for stress & anxiety. It can help you develop a greater sense of awareness, connect to your own internal guide, and release stuckness from your body.

Steps to sign up:
- Please register and pay above
- Then an email with a link to Melissa's schedule availability will be sent to you.
- Click that link and find a time that aligns with your schedule and book it from there.
- Your Zoom link will be sent to you via email after you book your session on Melissa's calendar.
Please have the following available for your comfort during your session:
~ Wear comfy, layered clothes. You may get hot or you may get cold.
~ Lie on a yoga mat or your bed and have a blanket to cover up and anything else for your comfort. You will be lying on your back for the journey.
~ A journal and pen, if you want to take notes after your breathwork journey.
~ Water to drink.
Note About Medical and Psychiatric Contraindications for a Breathwork Journey:
Breathwork is a very safe and effective modality with just a few possible contraindications. Please take note if any of these apply to you. This type of Breathwork can result in powerful activations on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Some contraindications may include but are not limited to cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure (that is not controlled by medication), history of strokes or seizures, epilepsy, brain or abdominal aneurysms, uncontrolled diabetes, thyroid conditions, detached retina, high eye pressure, glaucoma, osteoporosis, pregnancy, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Please check with your doctor if you have any of those conditions prior to participating in a breathwork journey.
