Schedule:

Sunday, May 5th - Conscious Connected Breathwork with Melissa Saubers

Sunday, May 19th - Wim Hof Breathwork with David Klick

Please note: there will not be breathwork on Mother's Day or Memorial Day weekend.

Melissa's specialty is Conscious Connected Breathwork. She will guide you through a 40-minute therapeutic breathwork journey. Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active meditation where you use your own breath in a specific pattern to theoretically disconnect your mind from your body helping you drop deeply into a meditative non-ordinary state of consciousness. Using breathwork is one of the quickest ways to change your state of being and is a natural remedy for stress & anxiety. It can help you develop a greater sense of awareness, connect to your own internal guide, and release stuckness.

David's specialty is Wim Hof style Breathwork. This type of breathwork helps individuals harness the power of conscious breathing for enhanced well-being and resilience. With expertise rooted in multiple modalities and principles, David empowers clients to explore their breath's potential and unlock profound states of vitality and clarity.
