I am an Intuitive Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Mentor, and Transformational Coach who weaves science, soul, and deep inner wisdom into every aspect of my work. With a heart-centered and holistic approach, I help my clients reconnect to their inner guidance system, release subconscious blocks, and step into aligned, soul-led living.
I help my clients discover and remove the conscious and subconscious beliefs, behaviors, and barriers that are numbing and dulling their life so they can begin to heal.
This is a journey of healing and expansion in a safe container where they can access insights and awareness, repattern limiting beliefs, remove destructive behaviors, heal their hearts, and expand into their fullest expression of their most authentic self.
Rooted in a deep understanding of our intuitive guidance system, the subconscious mind, energy healing, and expanded states of consciousness, I draw from a rich toolkit of modalities including breathwork, hypnotherapy, Intuitive Healing Hypnosis, quantum energy healing, psychedel!cs, and sacred cacao. I create sacred space for healing, awakening, and personal transformation — guiding you to trust your inner voice, embody your truth, and manifest from a place of deep alignment.

Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza - A MUST READ! It will change your life! This is one of the many inspirations for my Quantum Manifestation process that I teach in groups or with my one-on-one and coaching clients.
Conscious Loving by Gay Hendricks - This was a require read for my Alchemy of Breath breathwork facilitator training. Also, another must read and it will change your life and the way you communicate.
May Cause Miracles by Gabby Bernstein - A loving forgiveness process set over 40 days that, you guessed it, may cause miracles, open your heart, and change your life.
