Elevated Breathwork is Melissa's signature style of conscious connected breathwork β€” a deep, full, belly-led breathing practice guided by an intentionally curated musical journey. It is simply the breath, used with intention, to take the thinking critical mind offline and open the door to something deeper.

In an Elevated Breathwork journey, you drop out of your head and into your heart. You drop into your body β€” the body that has been working so hard, changing so much, asking so much of you. You tap into the wisdom within, beyond your conscious awareness. You let go of your everyday. And for 45 minutes, you simply breathe.
